"Best app for making any videos on piano... I've never recorded a piano tutorial so quickly that looks this good."

Piano Visualizer Software

Most falling-note piano videos begin with MIDI, either from a file or a recorded keyboard performance. The MIDI controls the notes and visual effects, then creators add audio and optionally sync camera footage before exporting a video for YouTube or Shorts.

SeeMusic combines that workflow in one place: record or import MIDI, sync footage, style the visuals, and render the final video.

What is SeeMusic?

SeeMusic is piano visualizer software that turns MIDI files or a live keyboard performance into animated tutorial and performance videos. Recording, visual design, video sync, and final rendering happen in one workflow instead of multiple programs.

Creators use SeeMusic to show which notes are played in real time for YouTube, lessons, or social media. Record from a digital piano or import MIDI, then customize the visuals with colors, particles, lighting, and 3D effects.

Record Piano or Import MIDI

Connect a MIDI keyboard or digital piano to record your performance, or import MIDI files you already have.

USB and Bluetooth are supported on both mobile and desktop, so you can start recording immediately.

Edit the Notes

SeeMusic includes a built-in MIDI editor for adjusting timing, fixing mistakes, and refining performances before rendering. Move, resize, or delete notes directly in the timeline without opening another program.

Make quick corrections to recorded performances or modify imported MIDI files so the final video matches what you want to show.

Use Real Footage

Record or import camera footage and sync the notes to the video. Create videos where 3D notes appear directly above your real performance, without separate video editing software.

Adjust placement, timing, and perspective so the notes look anchored in the scene, whether you’re making tutorials, performances, or cinematic videos.

SeeMusic vs Synthesia

Many falling-notes videos are made with playback visualizers such as Synthesia, which show a MIDI performance as it plays back on screen. They’re useful for practice and demonstration, but creating a finished YouTube video usually requires additional recording, editing, and syncing tools.

SeeMusic focuses on producing the final video in one place. You can record a real performance or import MIDI, adjust the notes, design the visuals, sync camera footage, and export a ready-to-upload video without a separate editor.
