- Search "make screen capture video" on Google if you do not know how to on your platform.
RENDER SUPPORT
1. Include the Platform and Device
ex. MacOS 12 - 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro 3.1 GHz
2. Include the Original Media Files used for your render in your email
- MIDI, Audio and Video
3. Include Screenshots / Video Screen Capture of the issue in the app
- Show the preview of your video in the app before rendering
- Show the following Settings windows:
- Visual Settings
- Player Settings
- Video Settings - Time Panel
- Search "make screen capture video" on Google if you do not know how to on your platform.
4. Include a Section of the Finished Render with the issue in your email, so that I can clearly see what's wrong.
