App crashes when importing custom .sf2 file. When I deleted and redownloaded the app it does not let me import custom .sf2 files anymore. Any quick fix?

Could you possibly make and upload a video capture of how you are attempting to import the .sf2 file, so that I can try to replicate the issue?
If you could upload and share a link to download the .sf2 file, that would also make debugging easier.
Also - what platform are you using the app on? (iOS, Windows, etc.)
