I created an account from the mobile app but i can't login my account from my windows pc (login failed). I tried to create a new account but i can't do it either (a task was cancelled). I am typing my email and password correctly and i am connected to internet but the problem still occurs no matter how many times i try.

Thats very strange - do you have any apps such as Little Snitch installed on your computer? Have you tried disabling any firewalls, VPNs, or Antivirus that might be running on the computer?
