The program started to сrash on launch 2 days ago. There were no problems before this. Mac laptop on Intel. I tried deleting and downloading again - the problem remains. What can be done?

This issue should now be fixed in Version 5.7.1.
What version of MacOS?
If this is on 10.14 or 10.15, this is a known issue - it's due to a third party framework changing their required minimum OS version. Updating to MacOS 11 will fix the issue for you.
Otherwise hopefully it will be resolved by them next week.
