When I click on "Create Video", then click "Render", the whole render process starts and finishes. HOWEVER; o nce finished I do NOT see any option of WHERE to save the file or what name. There is NO save dialog. I cannot find the rendered file anywhere. Windows 7 GTX 1080 32 GB RAM

SeeMusic is not compatible with Windows 7. You will need to upgrade to Windows 10 to use SeeMusic.
