So I tried to upgrade 2 times and both time the app just freeze after I settle the payment. Not clickable anywhere, no complete button, how do I fix this? I paid twice got none.

Which platform are you on?
If your purchase completed, you will receive an email receipt. Please forward the email receipt to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com
If you did not receive an email receipt, then the purchase did not complete, and you have not been charged. I would recommend purchasing the upgrade on a different device - you can even use a cellphone to purchase the subscription on iOS or Android, and then use the subscription on your original device.
