The "How To Record in SeeMusic" video recommended using the Yamaha Wireless MD-BT01. However, I have plugged it into my piano. It is flashing lights (indicating that it is searching for a device), but it is not popping up in the Bluetooth devices on any of my family's phones. I looked in the SeeMusic app on the phones as well and it is not showing itself as a MIDI Input option. Why is it not working? How can I fix it? I don't want to have wasted my money on the recommended product.

On iOS, you need to install an additional app called the MD-BT01 utility app.
Check out the Yamaha site and use Google to get this all working properly -
