How do I change the piano Tone? Meaning, I want to record on a bright piano or maybe some other type of piano but I can't find a way to change the tone. In my android app, under the setting all I can see is Resolution, Framerate, Aspect ratio and sample files. No instrument button - it's missing.

1. Next to the MIDI filename in Media Settings, click MIDI Settings.
2. Click “grand piano.sf2”
This is the soundfont selection dialog - click Import to import a different .sf2 soundfont to use in the MIDI Synth.
