Whenever I run my piano to my computer via midi there is always a small delay in the sound coming back to the output. Whenever I use a different software everything works perfectly fine.

There is unlikely to be anything I can do to improve this at this time, however, if you'd like me to potentially investigate, please provide the following information:
Could you please describe your setup in greater detail? If you're routing audio back out through an interface, a photo might be helpful to understand your setup.
Please also include the specifications and platform for your device (MacBook Pro 2015, 3.1 GHz, etc., MacOS 10.14.2)
