When window capturing SeeMusic in OBS it doesn't animate, see below:

That would not have anything to do with the free version - the free version is fully functional, it just has a watermark.
The issue is probably with your OBS setup - you likely may not have fully started the capture - what you are seeing in that video is almost definitely a freeze frame preview.
