Just a heads up that I just posted Version 2.6 on the website - it will likely fix rendering not working for any Windows users. It uses a new rendering framework.
Please give it a try and let me know if it solves the issues you were having?

There likely is a hardware compatibility issue - since there is nothing wrong in the log file... I wish there were something I could do, but I don't think that there is.
If you've purchased a subscription in the app, I would be happy to refund it.
Very sorry that there isn't more I can do at this time!

Thank you for sending the Log File.
Unfortunately, the Log File isn't showing any errors, so I truly do not know what is causing this - I have not had any other reports of this exact issue.
- Has the rendering in the app ever worked on your computer?
- Does it work on some pieces in the app, and not other?
- Does toggling off the Video, Saber, and Note Settings - Texture in Visual Settings fix the issue?

Are you up to date with Version 1.31?
Are you using Windows 10, and is it fully updated?
After attempting a render, could you please attach the Log file to this post as a .zip, so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong on your computer? The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
You can also email the Log file to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com
