My problem is that after rendering the video the tempo of the video slightly changes. I can see this because when I want to add the original audio (the same as I used) in another Video software (I checked with several), at the beginning it still fits to the video but in the end the video is ~1/2 second delayed.

I would recommend using the MIDI Tempo setting in MIDI settings to slightly adjust the tempo of the MIDI to fix the issue.
