On initial testing, purchasing subscriptions seems to be working correctly across platforms... I need more information to try to figure out what could be happening on your device.
What platform is this on? (Mac, Windows, iOS)
What country are you located in?
What version of SeeMusic are you using? (It says on the opening screen)
Can you send a video screen recording of your attempt to purchase that shows the issue?
