Thanks for sending - they are actually telling you what needs to be fixed:
Initializing Microsoft Media Foundation failed. It seems that the Microsoft Media Foundation is not installed on this machine or a newer version of Microsoft Media Foundation is required. To install the necessary libraries please install the Media Feature Pack from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/search/result.aspx?q=Media+Feature+Pack for your version of Windows.
here the log: https://justpaste.it/3m0tj
It could be a video codec of some kind that you need. You had said you already installed the HEVC codecs - I don't know what to suggest beyond that.
The issue is with an interaction between the computer hardware, the version of Unity, and the version of Windows - all unfortunately out of my control.
There is a possibility the 4.0 update that's coming in the next 48 hours may fix the issue - if it doesn't, unfortunately there's nothing I can do to help further.
Thank you - that is a slightly strange build of Windows, and could be causing a strange interaction with Unity...
- Does any other kind of video load in the app? Can you see the default animated Note Texture, or are you able to load in any video of hands, etc.?
- I'm about to release a major 4.0 update to the app in the next 48 hours, that uses a newer, updated version of Unity. It may possibly fix the issue.
What version of Windows are you using?
